Greetings! My name is Swapnali Kulkarni. I am an independent UX consultant with over 10+ years of experience, helping clients translate ideas and complex business needs into intuitive user experiences. My career is marked by a commitment to building impactful digital experiences through improved usability and effective problem-solving. Leveraging my expertise in user research and usability, I provide end-to-end UX design services tailored to clients' specific needs.

I completed my Masters in User Experience Design from Birmingham City University in 2024. Previously I worked as a Sr. UX designer, crafting digital experiences for legacy applications in Siemens Technology and Services, India.

As an accomplished researcher and published author, I have consistently employed extensive user research methods throughout my career. I am a published author and researcher with recent work published at IEEE's Gaming, Entertainment, Media (GEM 2024) conference in Turin, Italy. My research paper focused on using immersive technologies to support students facing mental health challenges. The title of the research is "Translating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Strategies to Tackle Anxiety Symptoms in University Students".

I specialise in User research, Interaction design, Usability testing, User Interface Design, Accessibility and Immersive technologies like AR, VR. With these expertise, I have been successful in building and improving digital products. My experience in working for clients from startups to multinational companies has enabled me to streamline design, innovation and functionality.
